Privacy policy/Return Policy

1. All personal information is kept private and not shared with anyone outside the company.

2. We do not offer refunds on delays coming from USPS.

3. We only ship/return products in the United States.

4. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Returns will not be accepted if the products has been written on, drawn on and/or modified in any way from the original design. If product is damaged or defective please reference to section 5. Please email us at standing.tree.cards@gmail.com explaining your reason for your return. Please allow 1-3 business days to review your message. Once we have approved the return and received a receipt of tracking information for the return product, we will issue a refund which take 1-3 business day to process. Return label is the responsibility of the customer. If outside of the 30 days, no refunds or exchanges will be given. No restock fees will be applied to the order.

5. To get a refund, replace a damaged product or replace a defective product, please take a photo of the item and email us at standing.tree.cards@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Please allow 1-3 business days to review photos. Your replacement and/or refund will be processed after we have reviewed the photo evidence, and upon receipt of tracking information for the return product. Return label is the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 3 business day for refund to be issued. If outside of the 30 days, no refunds or exchanges will be given. No restock fees will be applied to the order.

6. Exchanges can only be made with other products of the same dollar amount. So please choose carefully.
